In an effort to bring people out into the streets, designer Oliver Bishop-Young has been transforming old garbage dumpsters into a place where people would actually want to be around. His project, “Skip Conversions,” is the process of turning these dumpsters into “fully-functioning public gardens, living rooms, ping pong tables, half pipes and swimming pools.
